Updates and exciting news!
Boo! I will be spending the Halloween season as a lighting and fog technician at Cedar Point, Ohio. I will be there from September 13th until October 28th. I hope to scare you there!
I lead a table-read of an original play I wrote titled The Tragedy of King Arthur with members of the company of The Lost Colony. It was a huge success, and thanks to feedback from actors and audience members, I've begun re-editing the play before I submit it to festivals around the country.
I had the privilege of taking part in a production of As You Like It as part of the workshop series at The Lost Colony. I directed the production, on top of playing the part of Oliver. The show was a Bare Bard concept, with 20 hours of rehearsal, minimal props and no scenery, some improvisation, and a ton of audience inclusion.
During the summer season I performed in The Lost Colony, an outdoor historical drama in North Carolina. The show is a dramatic telling of the history of the colony of Roanoke, and the colonists who mysteriously disappeared. I played the role of Ananias Dare.
I completed my internship at Orlando Shakes in the final production of their 30th season, Richard II. With an adapted script by Jim Helsinger and Eleanor Holdridge (who also directed the production), I played the roles of Bushy, Fitzwater, Scroope, and Willoughby, as well as other ensemble roles. I was also the Fight Captain for the production.
